Adding a comments feed to an rss blog?

Hi,

I am playing around with rss and xml in order to gain some experience with these languages as I have never used them before.

I have a blog which was previously hosted with blogger which I am trying to host on my on server with all the same functionality.

I have used the rss2html.php script found on the feedforall.com website which is really good. I have managed to use this php script to parse my rss feed to html and host it on my site. However, I lose all the functionality of blogger which I would like to learn how to add back to the blog.

Can anyone tell me how I can create a comments feed for my blog (bare in mind I am very very very new to this) or point me in the right direction of a tutorial ?

I would also like to show how many blog entries have been made in specific months. For eg, July (7) August (4) etc.

And the final thing I am looking to do is to find a way of adding permalinks to my rss feed and have them link to a dynamically loaded html page which has parsed the rss feed for this item into the html page?

I know I am asking a lot - but if someone could point me in the direction of where I can find this out it would be much appreciated.
