Here's a site from a person that charges over 150 per hour for usabilty consulting services, holds desgn and usabilty courses, etc...

I think she took Jacob Neilson too seriously

yes, dollars, American money. (which you Brits can buy alot of these days)

This is proof that sometimes Type A personalities can trump actual knowledge.

She worked for this company for over 2 years, at 150 per hour, leading the development of a global application.

When done, everybody hated it, the users couldn't understand it, the developers thought it was stupid and confusing - and senior management thought that she was a God! Go figure...
