I just don't know what's wrong there. my eyes or this site...
(text on brown - logo, green - motto, right green - news,
on white it says just"welcome to this site!").....
this site represents russian webdesign company as part of its portfolio.

Too much green. You are using tables, and you have broken images, and the site does not validate.

Well ... kinda hard not to get 8 lines of CSS to not validate! Even DW doesn't get that stuff wrong!
