Same exact thing. You have a search engine, and a logo the same color as Google...and you are in big trouble. Just wait till Google finds them, they must not be that popular...lol

Heh,
If I were going to rip google off (which I don't plan on doing). I would name my site hoogle or foogle etc. So that when people mistype google they will get my site.
Anyways, that's awfully stupid of those people to mess with Google.

Okay the other company was Booble, they got as hefty lawsuit for just that. Copying Google exactly except, displaying porn...it was a pornographic search engine.
I would do Goggle...I would try to make it a common misspelling....I mean come on who is going to mistype Google, and type Moogle? That is stupid.

I like how they are claiming Copyright  They also haven't changed the layout either, they have just copied it by the looks of it.. they have forgot to change the " Make Google Your Homepage!"... If you click it, it gives you the choice to make google your homepage and if you decline it takes you to www.v-w-d.org which is claiming to be the home of e-lottery when infact this is http://www.elottery.org.uk/ Seems like a phishing scam. Karma will get him in the end
