I just found that this was the web page for my home town http://www.cityoflosfresnos.com/ ...........I knew this place sucked, but........why make it public?
And this, http://www.lfpd.net/ , is the cop's site.........note the disclaimer at the top of the page. WTF?

I opened them both in new tabs, looked at the first one, and then immediately closed the second without thinking because it was so boring! I had to open it again to see what it was like. I can barely look at it without feeling sleepy...

What can i say? Thats what happens when you give the town mayor (or whatever) a copy of Frontpage. Absoloutley terrible, i have just been blinded.
