This is a truly amateurish website.

It does seem like a small dept. with not much resources, but really, some good, simple design principles are free and not that hard to come by.

BTW, can someone nominate a really well designed website of a police dept. I'm doing a course on webdesigning and have to do a comparison between two sites. It has to be about the same subject.
