Ok, I have taken some time of The Seal Portal development because it has taken way beyond my personal resources. So I have decided to open a "Open Source" Development team. This team will help me create The Seal Portal and Maintain The Seal Portal.

About the project:

The Seal Portal is a virtual online game, much like neopets.com, allowing users to interact with each other in a fictional environment though the World Wide Web.

The Seal Portal differs from neopets.com, and its competitors, with the ability to allow users to create parts of the community in three phases.

1. Basic Game Interaction: Users can create and modify the basic interactive components of the game by the use of SCs (System Credits, game points or fictional in-game currency) and though the game site itself.For Instance: In-game items, species, avatars ...
2. Intermediate Game Flow: Specific users can create and modify specific game components that create new interactions in the game that can be then used by users to create other interactive components, through the use of SCs and though a secondary portal editing system. For Instance: an ability to battle with one another, specific profile styles, alternate themes ...
3. Advanced Game Interaction: A small group of users build and maintain part of the game engine through the use of a third portal and alternate software, that creates extra abilities and fixes bugs, issues, and compliance problems. This group of people will be responsible for maintaining The Seal Portal and creating The Seal Portal. For Instance: a profile page, a module editor, a IM system ...

The Seal Portal team:

The team I'm looking for will be the 3rd level team. This team will have the responsibility to think "Outside the Box," and create the entire engine and system to allow users to have a truly fictional and customizable experience.

I have to say this is going to be a fun but truly challenging experience, and will take a little commitment. I'm looking for individuals from this community who would like to donate their time and creativity to this project. All from this community are acceptable applicants, and almost anyone you recommend can be added to the list.

The projects requirements:

• A vote and witness of a recommendation, basically I'm recommending you all so this step can be averted.
• Examples of previous work, or a quick example of work you can do, IE: work you'd like to be known for.
• Basic computer skills.
• Well informed of standards in the area you'd like to offer help in.
• Internet Speeds of higher than 52kbs, IE no Dial-Up connections.
• Installation Requirements:
