Re: Consulting Website Theme

I like the first one.
The second one's text is hard to read.

Re: Consulting Website Theme

I like the second one because it is more light... Although you could do with making the text darker.

Re: Consulting Website Theme

I think I like the gray one best as it stands now however I'd like to see the navigation go across the page as it does in the blue one.
Blue one is too blue but I like the layout. White one is nice but the blue text will be tiring since as other have said it's not dark enough.

Now are you totally confused?

Re: Consulting Website Theme

Don't be afraid to ask your client what they are looking for. I so this all the time, in fact for each and every client. I have what I call my design worksheet, and I give it to the client after they sign the contract and have payed me half my money.

Basically, it asks what pages they want, any features, color preferences, sites they like, sites they hate, their competitions websites, what they like about their competitions websites, and what they don't....etc. This makes it much easier to design something that you know the client will love! Good luck!

Re: Consulting Website Theme

The one with the blue background was too much. The one with the grey background just didnt look good at all.

The one with the white background could have been a lot better if you sharpened up and darkened the text. Dont go overboard with massive, shiny, reflective graphics. I couldnt tell what this company was about untill I read the statement under the menu.

Just keep things crisp, clean and simple.

Re: Consulting Website Theme

I have sent them another theme, which is done in 3dstudio, they liked it but it should be done in flash, and the problem is it will be a large final file, so the loading will be long...
So just working on another theme for them...
