Web Design - Help Wanted

Hi all just new
i run a successful online football management game which kicked off this year.the only problem is im ashamed of its design , it was done by myself and having no experience of Web page design i put it together using Microsoft Word and its help files.
it a great game and ive 15 fantastic people who manage teams. but i`d love to give them and the site a great look. the home page especially as this is where all the hyperlinks are to all the other pages. its the main part everyone looks at and doesnt do the game justice
what i need if for help or someone to do this for me, any ideas would be welcomed. but i need something like what i have (text based) that i can edit and write new words.. i think i really just need it done with frames and a better banner...maybe buttons.
not sure but if there is anyone out there who has time are needs some practice please please email me..

Don't get dreamweaver.

Learn how to code properly. A bit of time and effort and you'll get there, I'd give it a shot if I were you.
