Adding Audio Clips from Library to Site

Hi All -

I am going to revamp a website for a local DJ and he would like to add audio clips from his huge music library to the site. From these clips, the end user can then add that song to a playlist request. So ultimately, I need to know how to add a ton of audio clips, and then have the song chosen go into a form to email the DJ. Someone suspected there was a software program out there that would help with this. Anyone know of it? Or now how I should go about completing this project?
