Need help in finding information regarding the implementaion of web forums!!!

Hi!

I need some advice in figuring out what the security considerations are when implementing a web forum page...Actually i have to write a report on it for my assignment...
The website i've developed is mainly focussed on children & through the forum section they are allowed to ask various questions regarding the subject & a panel of experts (teachers) reply them with answers. So, that's simply whats happening in the forum page....but i have to convey some in-depth ideas when writing the report. So, i would really appreciate it if someone could help in providing me with some information...

are these ethical and moral considerations? and ways of enforcing them e.g ip bans etc. or more based on personal details like posting card details etc?

As the forum would be used by childrens it should moderated properly, no offensive statements/comments.
no illegal/porn stuffs, for protecting your forum from spam you should apply some sort of image verification method while signups.

Yep I agree..i already included those stuff in my report...
I also need to know how the implementation of a web forum is being carried out & the problems i may encounter while implementation....
