(Help) I need to build a photo gallery website

Any one can help me please.

I need to build a website photo sharing like flickr or deviant ART
I don’t know how to build a website T-T

Just simple & easy website.

I have a tutorial on how to build one which uses Flickr, is this the type of thing you want? It can have the same interface etc etc and it uses flash. Available in Web designer issue 127. It does require a good amount of experience and skill on flash and AS though.
