I Like It!!! But there is only one problem. It needs to have a transparent background. That way it will work for all websites. So if you can try to make it transparent.

Yeah, that's pretty nice. It's hard to read WOTM, though. Maybe you can send the winners a PSD or similar so they change the background aliasing themselves.

I personally think that logo is great!! I would just make the background transparent. I don't know exactly how hard this would be for you to do. But that is all I would change.
