The colour...

The blue colour makes me feel sad and upset mmm. I think the colours are too desaturated. Of course, I know you all have put in a lot of hard work in all this. As I have on my website and being asked to change this or that, does not feel good, especially when it takes a lot of time and commitment. Or being asked to add something that requires a hell lot of coding! Yeah? But take this as a comment, from someone who has not visited for a long time. Meaning, you can treat me as a just-been-here visitor. This visitor will think - oh man, the colours are too dull and make him so sad. I think there is not much 'appeal'. I'm not saying my site is good - my site sucks with colours, I admit. But it will definitely serve well to include more colours. And also speaking about geometric shape, add more drastic geometric shapes. About colours, it might serve well to have a 'theme' option? Like for people who prefer assorted colors, etc. in fact, as a matter of fact, people might hate blue. I'm not one of them, but. There are ppl of these kind. Well personally. I think if the 'theme' option takes too much time. Why not make webforumz a more vibrant place. I really like vibrant sites. And I noticed that yellow, white, saturated bright blue and many other colours can make a huge difference to your sites. I'll try get some sites that are 'vibrant' and give as an example. I'm very objective in this respect, and this is what I really feel. Sorry if I'm too demeaning, but really - thats how it goes. Regardless of anything, I'll still contribute to webforumz, but new visitors might be turned away.. that's my point..

great job on the re-design though!

Go into the 'My Account' section and there, at the bottom right, is a skin option. The skins we have at the moment are fairly basic and nothing too special, but everyone is free to tinker with the CSS and produce their own skin which we will add to the list.

I'm also currently working on a new header for the forums to liven the place up and perhaps new colours/skins, etc. But we're all quite busy at the moment with things other than Webforumz, which is a shame because we also have great plans for Webforumz... here's hoping
