Custom CSS

After just realising that we have the option to change the look of out display page, I've had an idea

Would it be possible, (with our server), to create our own CSS files and either upload them for anyone to use,
or just for use on our own profile.

Also, would we be able to apply it to the whole site, not just our display page?

I realise that the options would probably be limited to changing the colour of tables etc, just though it would be a good thing to do.

Possible or stupid?

Possible but profiles aren't really used that much and only a handful of people would bother to do this.
I think it's too much effort for something that won't even be used much.

Since we constantly deleting stuff, I'd say adding even small css files wouldn't probably be a good idea.

But on the technical side, I have no clue!
