No. You are not allowed to advertise communities on wikipedia. If you created one called Webforumz it would be deleted.

Dan, first off when creating something on Wikipedia you can't be a small place. For example, your forums are far to small to be included in wikipedia. Next, Webforumz by entering would not be advertizing as we are a free community like yahoo answers and w3schools. Free for everyone! I would assume we are large enough, but cannot guarantee that one. But for example, here is Yahoo answers in wikipedia and w3schools also in wikipedia. I am sure it would all rely on how well the content is written and if it is written to their guidelines.

Haha...I was kinda of thinking that as well. We have a great member base, but that is probably not enough. But, if things go the way Rob plans we will have no problem in about 1 year or so.

am i the only that noticed it's nearly always 2 new members a day?

Why don't you install a wiki. Of there must be a vb plugin out there
