Good question. What about "Employers" since every free lancer is a business owner. I was also thinking a group called "Flower Heads" would be nice but it is probably too special interest. >berp<

Why thank you Andrew! So nice of you to notice!!!
I think we can rule out the idea of a forum called "Flower Heads" as I seem to be the only one around here into flowers. It would be a lonely forum.

I would guess that the Business section > Business & Marketing would cover that Employers as well!

So start posting!

does not cover it. What about all the topics related to herding cats (personnel issues unique to the industry)?? What about handling outsourced services...operational type stuff...no worries..you don't like my suggestion >sob<

Do you mean forum or group. When you said group I thought you meant like those badges people have, the designer ones etc. Forum or group?
