Silverback Launched!
Silverback has finally launched! Woohoo!
http://www.silverbackapp.com/ What does this mean? It is simply the coolest app I have seen for testing web sites with user groups etc as it will record each session, project and user, the movie output highlights click areas, where they go and it keeps track of facial expressions, audio and responses. very very cool. The benefits of something like this are almost limitless. The feedback and data priceless.
