Nero?

Hi everyone!

I was after some information, I currently use nero to make cd's dvd's and so on. But I am having a lot of problems with it lately, and wont let me do what it used to be able to do.

So is there any other free programs that do the same thing as nero that I can try?

Thanks
Craig

Re: Nero?

Well, nero works fine for music, and data and so on. So I am mainly looking for a good dvd burner that will burn avi files really. So any suggestions?

Thanks
Craig

Re: Nero?

you can try the following free burners, although i haven't used them myself so can't give a personal recommendation:
http://www.download.com/CD-DVD-Burne...-2646_4-0.html

Re: Nero?

I would use avi2dvd to create your dvd files

http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareAvi2Dvd.php?b2=1

and IMG Burn to burn them onto dvd.

http://www.imgburn.com/

All freeware, all tried and tested lol

Hope this helps

Craig

Re: Nero?

IMGburn is great, and is probably one of the best free burning programs available
