Google PR Update??
Has google just done a PR update?
All of my sites have jumped up since I last checked yesterday.
however according to this http://www.seocompany.ca/pagerank/pa...date-list.html
there hasn't been an update.
weird
(also why is weird spelt like that? what happened to the i before e except after c rule here, eh? now that is weird...)

Re: Google PR Update??
I can't understand how the page rank works. It always seems to be going up or down, and sites don't always seem to get the ranking I would expect.

For all of those words, notice that the i is not before the e. Why? because it isn't after c.
It works for nearly every word, besides receive.

You're wrong!
The rule is 'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.
Which basically means that it should always be 'ie' (e.g: siege, friend) unless it's after a 'c' , where it should be 'ei' (e.g: ceiling, receive).
See?
Ed.

Re: Google PR Update??
Yeah, there are always exceptions. The amount of words that comply with the rule is so much greater than the ones that don't that the figure becomes near irrelevant in many cases.
