On the 18th May I will be running the Great Manchester Run for Motor Neurone Disease, for those of you who know about this terrible disease you will know how terrible it is for people living with the disease, who those of you do not here is a link to the MND Association's site,

If you feel you can make a donation, however small, then this will be greatly appreciated. If not then please take a second to make people aware of this disease.

No problem dude - just hoping other people will take my example...

The minium donation is £2 guys - only takes 10 of you to raise £20 - turn it into a fiver and thats £50!! I bet you have more than down ur couches - Listen to 'the Daddy' and get to it!
