Creating Page wordpress!?

Hi everyone,

I am creating my blog using wordpress, and I am struggling, I have looked around and still can't find no answers, I was hoping someone could shed the light on this for me.

Ok here goes, How do you create a page? I no this sounds easy as there is a simple way in the admin area, but when I create this page I want to use this page in my navigation menu, so I want to know another way of creating it, because it is complicated to add that new page to the navigation.

Because when it is added to my nav bar, yes the page does appear, but the page looks different to how I want it, so how can I edit this page? as there is no physical page to change?

Any help would be much appreciated
