How to Cheat in Photoshop CS3 - the book

Hi gang,

Has anyone read the book
“How to Cheat in Photoshop CS3: The Art of Creating Photorealistic Montages” ?

I am tempted to buy it, from what I have seen on Amazon, but cannot look any further in my book store because it has it vacuum packed! so I cant flick through it

I am looking for a book that will not only help explain some tools, but give insight into something useful for web work and illustration.

thanks

Re: How to Cheat in Photoshop CS3 - the book

That photoshop anthology looks good, i would buy it but it's pdf only

I like having physical books, that i can write on, hightlight useful bits, and add references.... but i know alot of people who don't like defacing there books... i just find it creates an incredible useful reference resource.

Are there any other books about photoshop aimed at the web designer as apposed to photography and print work?

Re: How to Cheat in Photoshop CS3 - the book

update.....

...asked the local bookstore if they wouldn't mind unwrapping it so I could have a better look..........and they were happy to oblige......(turns out they just left it in the seal as it had a cd within the back cover...

I'll try asking next time I come up against a vaccum packed book.......
