What browser (IE7, IE6, Firefox, Opera, Safari etc.) and platform (XP, Vista, OSX, Linux etc.) are you using?
Do you have any 'add-ons' installed in your browser? What is your internet connection speed? Which sites are causing problems?

Internet Explorer FireFox Opera Maxthon Avant I have a FireFox extension called download helper, which allows me to download FLV video's to my computer. I'm using Vista |

Someone told me to uninstall some kind of adult filter? but on the other hand:
#1. Im not trying to view adult orientated movies, just funny ones with swearing #2. i dont think i have an adult filter thing, i didnt install one |

Do you have an AV or Internet Security suite installed? These sometimes offer parental protection out-of-the-box BUT it should be obvious when these are blocking something (typically a warning message).
You mentioned a lot of browsers - have you tried the sites in all of them? Like I say, send a link and we can deduce if the problem is definitely local (i.e. on your PC).
