Amazing Amazon
My aunt ordered me a book yesterday off Amazon (the book was Further Access 2000-2003 for those interested). Asked if I wanted it soon so I said no (that costs an extra £5)
It arrived this morning!!! Fast delivery or what!!!

Re: Amazing Amazon
I think the customer services department of Amazon is fantastic, their products are great and I get the VAT refunded on all my purchases. I prefer Amazon to EBAY

Re: Amazing Amazon
What I wanna know is... How fast would it ave gotten there had you paid the £5?
Would they have teleported it to you instantly? Would they have sent a leerjet especially for you within a few minutes? would it have started coming out of your printer page after page? Or.... would they have beamed the information directly into your brain a'la Matrix?

Re: Amazing Amazon
Yeah Amazon are great for books and stuff, usually when I order it does come the next day or the day after... sometimes i wonder why they have the option to pay an extra £5 when they deliver so quickly in the first place
Ebuyer is sweet too, ordered all the bits for a new computer friday night and they came this morning! Free delievery too - cant get any better. |

Re: Amazing Amazon
Only thing with eBuyer is that it can be a ball-ache to return things. I got given te right run-around one time...
