Where are you working/studying?

I was just wondering, what do most of the people do here, are you working with web development or web related. is this just a hobby or a way of getting some extra cash/escaping the wife/gf/bf/husband. or is it that you are still at school, college or uni, just wondering about the types of people on here?

and in case anybody is wondering, i am in my first year of college, studying english literature, law, further maths and ilex legal typing thing

I'm retired, but I freelance as a telecommunication consultant. I got into web design by the back door and I am still a major newbie at most of it. When I am not working, I come here and make up stories about Jacob and the closet. Some are better than others and some just are horrible.

I'm currently studying Software Development in NRW, Germany. I'm almost finished with second of three years.

Web Design is just a side-line hobby and a way to earn a little extra on the side.

I am still in School... Two more years.... Hopefully!

yes marc, someone else still in education, glad im not the only 1 lol, was starting to feel all left out.

how did you learn about all this, does your school run courses or is it solely just a thing that you wanted to lean by your self.

my high school didnt do a thing, and the only thing my collage does near this is programming using visual basic, and i though i would be better off teaching myself php, then moving onto java or c++

just out of curiousty, how long have you been learning web dsign and development?

I am currently working in an Design Firm but I ain't a designer. I work here as sales rep.

I've already graduated my bachelor's degree but still want to go back to school and take Liberal Laws by next year.

I'm in school, this year and next year I have my GCSEs then two years for A-levels then probably uni.

Because i need 6 Highers (as we call them in scotland) to get into Edinburgh Uni....

im srta da same as alex, was well suprised wiv my gcses, doin a levels nw, need at least 3 A's to get into machester uni :S

oh yeh, if any body wants help with gcse mafs, being a mafs geek im happy 2 help
