Female/Male Survey
I was thinking of doing a survey to see the ratio of males to females on my site, as it would be interesting to see the results.
Does that sound good?

Re: Female/Male Survey
It's hard to say whether it's good or not really because it depends on what you want the information for - is it just for interest or do you plan doing things differently based on the male/female ratio?

Re: Female/Male Survey
But yours is a football site Daniel so that's hardly surprising. I'm sure if we went to look at a Shoes and Handbags forum, it would be a different story
I know you're right though, overally forums are more populated by men than women, I guess it's just because forums are an IT thing which is a more male orientated area. |

Handbag forum sounds really interesting
They mostly say they are guys on my site, but I am more convinced they are like this ... ![]()

Re: Female/Male Survey
Nice one Ross
Just for general interest really, plus I wanted to make an AJAX poll and this is a good way to do it

Re: Female/Male Survey
Why don't you do an age one Alex? As in the age of the visitors, that might be more interesting, to see if your site attract young people around the same age as you or older.

Re: Female/Male Survey
Selection 1: People aged 1 - 19
Selection 2: People who are just old Sorted Boy-o I agree age would be better, as you will get a better spectrum of replies.

Re: Female/Male Survey
Ha! I might allow people to enter their age (1 - 100) that way I could do the mean average!
