It's partly a courtesy thing, if people take someone else's thread off topic then it could be seen as being a bit rude to the person who stared the thread, but as this is your thread, it shouldn't be a problem! Although having said that, if someone reading the thread is trying to look for the answer it can be frustrating for them to read through a load of off topic chat - even though the cafe is for pretty much anything, there are still proper questions being asked and answered!

But I think this one should be ok
