Your Setup/Environment

I'm bored at work, i've spent all day getting a buggy script working correctly and i've decided to have a bit of down time....

So.....

What do you guys use to develop/build websites, what operating systems are you using and what are you hosting it all on?

I know, i know it's a bit of a geeky question but come on, i'm interested....

Hosting:
VPS With Jaguar Pc, each vps has 512mb of ram and is running the latest version of Cent OS.

Graphic Work:
Photoshop CS2, Paintshop Pro 5 and Animation Shop.

Programming:
Primal Script (Work) / PHP Designer (Home)

Local Dev Environment:
Easy PHP

I'm using Easyphp locally and have a script that automatically uploads any files i change to one of my test vps'.

Misc:
FileZilla (ftp), Putty (SSH), WinSCP (sftp)

Operating System:
Windows Vista Home Premium (laptop) / Windows XP (desktop) / Ubuntu 7.04 (laptop)

That whole CS3 suite thing. Mainly Flash and Photoshop. Gimp.

Programming:
C++ and PHP and ActionScript.. Yes, that counts.

Music Production:
Ableton Live. Cubase SX3.

Operating System:
XP MCE and Ubuntu 7.10 Fiesty!
