How to retrieve your wordpress password
I have installed wordpress on my pc for testing. However, I signed out by mistake, and I don't remember my password!
 I have tried to retrieve it, but it won't send the reminder email to me. Is there anyway to hack it or something?

This happened to me. There is a way that I can't remember but if you go to wordpress.org, it's somewhere in their support section.

Not sure where that link takes you. But I would imagine you could reset the password within the database.

You would more than likely have to take the old password out and put a new encrypted password in its place.

Yep, that is just what I was about to say. Wordpress is probably using WHA or SHA encryption, so you just would encrypt your new password with that level of encryption.
