New legal requirements

Hi folks,

Wanted to bring this to your attention and thought this forum would probably be the best place.

It is of specific interest to our UK members and by implication, any EU ones.

New company law came into effect as from 1st January 2007 with respect to the minimum information required on both company web sites and their emails.

Make sure you and your clients comply.
