I was listening to Howard Stern yesterday and he basically nailed it with Letterman and Leno. Their half hour intros SUCK. They need to either come up with some funny stories or just start interviewing people immediately. I can't wait until Leno retires so I don't have to wait until 12:30 to see Conan
