background wont line up correctly in IE
Hi this is my third website I've built with CSS, and a somewhat complicated one, for me at least. Here is the link www.theplaceslc.com/wakeboard/pages/index.htm My problem is that in Firefox the background for the content lines up and expands with the rest of the pages content, but in IE the background goes all the way to the bottom (so it is not visible because of the overflow hidden attribute on the wrapper). The technique I used to have the corners expand with the content text is I made one of the divwrappers position absolute and positioned the left corner piece relative left: 0 bottom:0. so now the corners will expand with the content text, but the background wont expand. If you need more/different information let me know I am very new to both web design and this forum.
Thanks a ton for any help, Paul |
