Ummm, from what I can tell, with English clearly not being your first language, is that you want to build a site that will rank highly in search engines...

Well Unfortunatley to get any in depth SEO advice you'll need to subscribe and post in the SEO forum.

I can give you some rough tips on good practices though.
  1. Always declare your DOCTYPE. Without one search engines don't know what they're looking at.
  2. Use semantic markup.
  3. Make sure you make proper use of your headings <h1> - <h6>
  4. Use proper Title and description Meta.
