problem with layout
Hi, I seem to have thrown my table out!! And I can't see why?

For starters get rid of the prolog:
Next code your pages to proper xhtml standards such as closing <img tags with ... /> Note the space and the forward slash. Attribute names should all be in lowercase. This line is pointless:
