how to send filled feedback form

hi ,
i m facing a problem in feedback form. can any body say how to send the filled feed back form..do i need to use server side programming or it can be done in html

You require both.

HTML to construct your form and to define where and how the form is processed once it is submitted.

Server side programming to pick up the information from the submitted form and process that into the correct format for send as an email and in fact to send that email.

Seriously though, depending on the site and the use, it should be possible shouldn't it? If it's only a small site, I woulda thought it would make more sense than scripting it all himself.., herself.., themselves.

Just personal preference but I have a form script on file that I wrote in php, then I just paste it and edit as needed, takes no time at all, after the intial script is written.
