Urgent help needed!!

Hi there, I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out here.

I had a few changes to make on the main page of a client's website. Made with frontpage. http://www.arklowsc.ie
I dragged the index.htm file to my desktop, opened in Dreamweaver and made a few txt changes. When I dragged the file back to the network, the menu to the left of the screen was stripped from the html.
I removed all the FP tags in the Index.html and this brought the menu back.

However the menu had then disappeared from the linked pages
within the site!

You can see this if you click the link. Please please please can someone help me as I feel like an idiot!

1. Do never ever again use frontpage. EVER!
2. I really don't think anyone can help you. If you've edited the files, then they've changed and that's that. The only place you might be able to find a solution is on your own desktop (ie.: backup copy)

Tried it several times to make sure it wasn't just me.
Server must have been down(?).

i dont use wysiwg editors, but i imagine that u need to work in the directory structure when editing so the software can um... help you. pull down the whole site and work localy and test on a renamed index page b4 going live.
