Page out of place !!!

On my site www.creative-myspace.com if you minimize the window or change it to any other size other than max then the page elements move and I was wondering how I could fix that and why it does that. Thanks !!!

Re: Page out of place !!!

Your using percentages to define the position of the divs.

Try using pixel values instead

Re: Page out of place !!!

Cody - I'm assuming you want to center your content so do the following. Create a wrapper div that surrounds all of the elements in your page. Example:
Code: Select all
HTML: Select all
<html>
<body>
<div id="wrapper">
<div id="header">header stuff</div>
<div id="content">
<p>All of your content</p>
</div>
</div>
</body>
</html>
Then apply the following css to the wrapper div:
HTML: Select all
#wrapper
{
width:760px; <--not more than 760px;
margin: 0 auto; <-- the auto value will center the div
}
Thats it...if you have any questions PM me. The key is to surround all of your content(header, content, and footer) within the wrapper div and then apply the above style to the wrapper div
