Fonts

Hey

I know that some fonts are not supported on the internet. They say that Ariel is one of the safest fonts to use but does that apply to Ariel Narrow?

Another problem I'm doing these pages at the moment where I just want to use Ariel and possibly Ariel Narrow. The problem is that even though I've chosen Ariel in the css as the main font it does not work. It does show the right font when I look at the page with Dreamweaver. Then when I look at the pages on the web it shows the font as Times New Roman. Why is this and what can I do?

I've only made one page which can be found at: http://www.laasanen.net/alina/paasivu2.html

please help!

Re: Fonts

I would say make sure your style sheet is correctly attached to the HTML document. Also. A link to your CSS would be handy.

Re: Fonts

Try using 'font-family' instead of 'font'...

Code: Select all
body { font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;

        font-size:12px;}
