Photo Upload to Server
All
I need help and assistance on how best to be able to allow my visitors to be able to upload photos to our server. Could anyone assist? Many Thanks Matt Scoffham

This requires a server side language such as PHP or ASP.

It depends what server your using, is it a Windows server or Linux?

What's the purpose of the upload? Are they uploading to a gallery for example or is it for some other purpose?

Geoff - www.gem-ent.com/lac this is one of my first projects...simply need people to be able to update to a photo gallery if possible or just to the server where i am able to edit what gets put on the site.

Suggest you use a free open source package like Gallery 2.
It is easy to install and there is lots of community suport. You can have users register with the need or not for you to approve the registration and as the overall admin, you can always remove anything you think inappropriate.
