Real Estate website

Hello,

I am a web designer but my experience is only in static website design but now one of my client want to make a real estate website. they want a property search section. like this www.halconrealestate.com . this website have a property search section in the left side .Like this they want. but my problem is i dont have any programming experience . how can i create like this kind of one? if any one know how to create this one or any online tutorials or script available for this please let me know. any help will be greatly appreciated.
