chopped off page?

Hi, newbie here. I am in the midst of creating a site using antenna as I am new to learning html. All seems to be going well although have a lot to do yet in content links and tidying appearance

I have published a few pages to view it and all seems ok, but viewing it from a computer at work shows a viewing problems & a friend also says the same. All 6 other friends can see it fine. i use windows vista but not all friends do

The problem seems to chop some of the bottom of the page meaning not all of the content is viewable desite there being a scroll bar.

I'm afraid I am no expert and using a program like I am may seem like cheating but everyone needs to learn somewhere!

Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?

Hi,

If you can post a link to the page we could view the code & try to trouble-shoot for you.

Re: chopped off page?

Could you give us a bit more info if you can?

Which pages are experiencing the problem?

What browsers and operating systems are your friends using?

For me, on IE7 and Firefox 2, I can't see any initial issues.

Re: chopped off page?

hi,thanks for replying, It is on the home page where she says she cannot read it all as the bottom part wil not scrollany further. also the same for the forum site not the forum t&s though. She is using ie6 and she can't tell me what her screen resolution is despite me telling her where to look in display! also the home page pops open in a different window which I can't see what I have done.
As I said earlier, total newcomer to this so any tips / help on this would be great. I am learning, honest!

Re: chopped off page?

can anyone help me on the html that allows the page to, I think the wording is configure to screen resolution the page is viewed in. Will this solve the problem of old ie's as i think that is what the problem I have is

I'm sure I read somewhere about the page shrinking the contents to fit the window open.

Does this make sense to anyone?
