Help With Table Issues in Layout

Hi all, I'm new here and need some quick advice. I've been designing this sight for my FIRST robotics team and I seem to have run into a slight issue. I was just fixing something that was wrong with my rollovers where I had the closing anchor tag outside the </td> tag. I thought I had checked everything over on my 3 browsers(IE, FF, Opera) before I changed all the pages, but I guess I only checked Opera. So after opening the site in Firefox and Internet Explorer I realized that the top pictures have the extra gray spots around them, but only in IE and FF. It seems like something happened to the cells, but I have no idea what, as I wasn't editing anything like that. It also looks fine in Dreamweaver. The sight is still under construction, but any help as to what could have gone wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Got all my problems fixed. Ended up re-exporting template from PhotoShop and just copying content over. All is well in FF, IE, Safari, and my favorite, Opera.
