3 column site, 1 column lags.

Hi, I have a 3 column site, with the left and right columns being php includes. This is a small nit pick, but the right column lags and doesn't load right away (no matter how many refreshes), But if I switch the left and right columns and make them appear on the opposite side that's not intended, they work fine. Here are some examples.

That is how I want it to display, but the right lags

This is switched, and there is no lag, but it's not how I want the layout.

Any ideas what causes this, and how to fix it? Thanks

ok.. you are going to hate me for saying it, but the code empoys just about every web design 'dont' thats going.

there's about 3 body and html tags and franky it's just a hacked together page with bits from this site, bits from that.... dhtml candy is what it is.

I appreciate this may be hard for you to grasp, but I would run your website througt the HTML validator.... fix all the errors and then come back here because nobody will want to go through your code because it's such a mess.

The HTML validator should definitly be your first call.... once your page validates you will probabally find that the error has gone anyway!!!

Trust me, I know that site is bits of pieces of god knows what. It's got the whole family =p. I know there's a lot of errors, and someone on a different forum suggested the same thing. I did take it through the validator, which produced 140 some odd errors, and I've got it down to I think 68. Now. I'm not sure I'd be able to understand or fix them all with my knowledge, but I will try to get around to do that. I was hoping maybe there was a tell tale sign as to why this happens, and I guess I'm intrigued that it works one way, but not the other.

Thanks, and I don't hate you
