coloumns, page organization

hey guys, i have a website that i am finished programming (PHP), but the organization for the pages is all screwed up since i cant find a way to successfully orient all the tables.any suggestions? here is the link:

i have a suggestion, don't use tables, check out css

The stripes on the site make it difficult to look at.

unfotunatley this looks like a really bad 80's music video, and looks like the design came from devastin dave's shirt



I'm unsure what the site is supposed to be about, or how it is meant to function, as there are no instructions or intoductory text.

Sorry, but a re-think is required.
