Alignment Issues

A site I'm designing I have perfected the alignment for in IE. When this site is viewed in firefox, however, the alignment is completely off. Help?:

all being scripted locally so i can't sorry. i was hoping this was a universal issue with a universal fix.

Ha, no such thing on the internet. Here's a good piece of advice to use on this web site you're working on, and all future web sites: make it look right in Firefox, then tweak for IE...

problem is if i tweak it to look right for one, the alignment is off for the other

in this particuliar page, no. it's the side bar containing the javascript and an image titeled topright2.

I think its because your using a % for the image, stick with pixels.
