Changes when uploaded
I have a file that I used from a Template on Dreamweaver. when I look in the browser it is fine but when I upload it it changes. You can see the changed version here http://www.miniaturerailwayworld.co.uk
The template on Dreamweaver is: Page Designs(CSS) Halo Left Nav

The source code of that page says that it is looking for a style sheet in a "Pictures" directory:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="Pictures/emx_nav_left.css" type="text/css" /> Then, when I attempt to view the stylesheet, by going to this address, it doesn't show up: miniaturerailwayworld.co.uk/Pictures/emx_nav_left.css This tells me that the style sheet isn't being uploaded to your hosting server.
