Banner showing/not?

Can anyone see the banner? The person I've made it for cannot and I have no clue why he can't.

can you set a background color on the div - to see if the problem is with the div or the image?

what browser is he using?

We have 2.0.0.6 for firefox(We have the same ver) and he has IE6.

He's just seeing the site and no banner.

Ask your client for a screenshot aswell as what browser it is not working in!

this shouldnt make a difference but in your css the banner image is the only image with an http://www prefix and not just images/***.gif.

Yep, I added that to see if it made a difference. He also tried it on his other computer but it still doesn't show.

the alt tag has double quote marks in it which will confuse it.

yea thats a good spot - try using single quote marks or put the url in brackets.
