firefox floating form bug

I am having trouble with radio buttons in firefox. I have a form that is contained inside a floating element with radio buttons. In IE, I can click the radio buttons as normal. In Firefox, I cannot select the radio buttons at all, nor can I highlight any text at all.

Has anyone ever encountered this? Is there a solution? I have tested firefox mac and pc and the problem is consistent so I'm pretty sure its a firefox issue.

The layout will not work without a floating container, so I really need to get to the bottom of this.

Any help would be much appreciated, I haven't found much of anything on google.

Re: firefox floating form bug

You could try enclosing the form in a div, then set the z-index of that div higher than all the others.
just an idea

Re: firefox floating form bug

For whatever reason you've got SEVEN divs surrounding your form. Once deleted, your buttons work - but only to a point. They can ALL be selected, and not de-selected. They need putting in a group, so that only one can be selected.

I'm sure you could put the form in one div, and use a legend and labels to annotate it...

removing position:relative; from the #copy div worked.
