Text problems on my pages

I've been working with my design, and I found a problem.
In ie, if I go to "tools/textsize" and increase the size to a larger text I get an overlapped mess, it's like the text changes, but the page doesn't scale properly.
Now I personally don't need it big, but doughtless theres people veiwing my pages that have different text sizes set. I've checked other sites, and they don't have this problem. It must be somthing simple, but I'm fairly new, and I've never seen this problem addresses.
What do I need to do.

This scares me because I don't know what my customers are seeing I you can view my site at www.wildpix.biz and let me know if you see any problems on your computer it would also be great.
Thanks. Gavin

Re: Text problems on my pages

That code is a mess I would guess its because you are useing absolute postioning and/or absolute width/height Font sizes don't tend to act well in those situations.
To prevent text from being resized use font-size: #pt; replaceing # with the size of your text, this will fix it to one size no mater what the user sets it to, however this may make your site difficalt to see for the visualy impared.

Re: Text problems on my pages

The only quality fix is to redesign the site using code that's mighty scalable, but before doing so, teaching yourself a bit of xhtml and css.

You'll be glad you did and your site will get more repeat visitors.

I'm not sure what mighty scalable code is. The fact is that I don't even know code yet. The site was made mostly in front page. If you can direct to any sites that will teach me this stuff that'd be great.

Sure, this is a nice place to start. It will describe to you a lot of quality practices and principles to achieve what I was referring to: http://www.maxdesign.com.au/presentation/workshop/

Re: Text problems on my pages

as others have said, redesign the whole page. Try using Dreamweaver and get rid of front page.
